Service Order Dispatcher

Summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a full-time non-exempt Service Order Dispatcher at our Ft. Gordon, GA location.

Essential Functions

  • Receives customer service requests and ensures accurate recording of name, address, repairs and or service to be repaired.
  • Prepares work orders and dispatches to appropriate service crew.
  • Schedules service calls.
  • Maintains records of service calls and work orders.
  • May relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews or various personnel.
  • Performs follow up on completed work orders to monitor performance of completed work.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience and service order dispatcher experience required.
  • GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid Georgia driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government background clearance required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain military gate pass access.

Facilities Equipment Inventory Assistant

Summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking full-time Facilities Equipment Inventory Assistants to locate, count and log technical specifications to facility equipment at Fort Bliss Army Garrison, Fort Bliss, TX.  The Facilities Equipment Inventory Assistant will identify the equipment and log all applicable specifications and physical attributes, per instructions.

In this role, the Facilities Equipment Inventory Assistant will locate and gather specification details for equipment which is to be included in Fort Bliss' Facility Preventative Maintenance program.  Equipment Inventory Assistants will work as part of a two- or three-person team, often led by a Sr. Equipment Inventory Specialist, visiting assigned facilities to locate the applicable equipment of interest at that facility. 

Essential Functions

  • Retrieve a physical, paper- or electronic-folder with existing equipment information (when available) and verify that information per technical data found at the equipment site.
  • Adhere to a daily Inventory schedule.
  • Travel to the scheduled site by vehicle or on foot.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for facility and equipment access.
  • Inventory and compile specification details on all equipment of interest per published instructions. 
  • Organize and deliver retrieved information per published instruction.
  • Report daily and weekly progress per instruction.
  • Maintain an assigned schedule and report progress against that schedule.
  • Ensure that the physical and electronic versions of the equipment log are readable, complete, and accurate.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background check.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain or currently possess the appropriate identification (i.e., Military Dependent Identification Card, Common Access Card) for military base access throughout employment.

In this role, the Facilities Maintenance Equipment Specialist will locate and gather specification details for equipment which is to be included in Fort Bliss' Facility Preventative Maintenance program.  The Facilities Maintenance Equipment Specialist will typically work as part of a 2 to 3 person team, visiting assigned facilities to locate the applicable equipment of interest at that location.

Documentation Specialist

Summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a full-time Documentation Specialist to assist the Project Manager in creation of an electronic repository of equipment assets. The electronic repository will be developed and supported on-site at Fort Bliss Army Garrison in Fort Bliss, TX.  

The objective of this contract is managing the development of a PM program by gathering and organizing data on equipment at Fort Bliss.  It is not to perform actual Preventative Maintenance (PM) or to perform services to maintain the equipment.  

In this role, the Documentation Specialist will utilize Microsoft Access to build an electronic reference for installed building equipment on Fort Bliss, TX. Digital libraries will be created for Operations and Maintenance manuals, industry standards, manufacturer recommendations, and other documents related to equipment. The database will require customer friendly search capabilities on primary fields and link capability to digital library on local server. 

Essential Functions

  • Attend meetings with Government personnel and Ethic Tech, LLC as needed.
  • Provide accurate drill down relationship of data to equipment documentation.
  • Support the Project Manager in quality assurance checks of equipment data and other tasks as required.
  • Scan equipment documentation.
  • Design and create a logical, efficient, and customer friendly file system folder structure that will store scanned documents.
  • Report daily and weekly progress per instruction.
  • Additional administrative duties as needed to support mission of the contract.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background check.
  • Ability to obtain credentials to lawfully enter and work on a military installation.
  • Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Access required.
